Refund policy

The quickest way to get the item you need is to return the item and purchase a new one when the return is accepted.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Returns are subject to certain conditions. Your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept returns that are sent back without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the problem. 

Non-returnable/Exceptional Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us. 
We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without reason. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and credit the refund.
